A five-season ABC Family/Freeform drama (2011 to 2017) built around two teenagers swapped at birth, one of whom is Deaf, with a large recurring Deaf cast and extensive ASL throughout. It made history with an episode performed almost entirely in sign with no spoken dialogue. ASL Master Jack Jason worked across all five seasons to keep the signing authentic and the set bilingual. The most sustained mainstream showcase of Deaf actors and ASL on US television.
