Documentary capturing the live performance event that has defined disability justice arts for two decades. Sins Invalid is a disability justice performance project centering disabled artists of color, queer and trans disabled artists, and the full, complex spectrum of disabled embodiment. The film documents performances from 2013 and earlier — and the interviews between acts are as important as the performances themselves. This is what access-centered art looks and sounds like in practice.
