Founded in 2004 by a group of learning-disabled filmmakers with nowhere to show their work, Oska Bright is the world's leading festival for films made by or featuring people with learning disabilities, autism, and neurodivergence. The festival runs an online programme alongside its Brighton screenings. The best single window into learning-disability filmmaking, a part of disability cinema that is too often left out.
